Reviews help collectors choose the right care for their handbags, so we want every review on our website to be genuine and fair.

How we collect reviews

We ask collectors for a review by email after delivery, without regard to how we expect them to rate us.
Reviews marked “Verified” were written by a collector who bought the product from us.
We never write reviews ourselves, pay anyone to write them, or ask anyone to write a review that is not their own genuine experience.
If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review, such as a discount, it is offered for any honest review, positive or not, and the review is labelled as incentivised.
Products gifted to creators are disclosed as gifted in their content.

We publish all genuine reviews, positive and critical. We do not hide or delay reviews because of their rating.
Our average ratings include every published review.
We may decline or remove a review only if it is not about the product or our service, contains offensive or unlawful content, includes personal information, is spam, or appears not to be genuine.
We may reply to reviews publicly. Where a collector has had a concern, we contact them privately to help.
